I had two loves growing up: food and baseball.
Food brought folks together and Baseball taught me how to grind, stay patient, and take pride in the details.

So when I took a trip to Belgium and tasted waffles the way they were meant to be—light, crisp, next-level—I took that same grind baseball taught me and brought it back home. I wanted to do it right, not just for me, but for my community.

Bird & Batter was born out of that mindset. From my Arlington-based trailer—just down the road from the Rangers stadium—we’re serving up real-deal Belgian waffles and crispy fried chicken with a menu built around flavor and a love for the game. Every dish is made from scratch. Every bite is meant to hit like a home run.
